Dropped by last for a peppermint mocha in December on the way to work. Fast, friendly service. Once I ordered 4 drinks and 2 were half full so they gave 2 coupons for free drinks. Enjoy different frapuccinos especially s'mores, mocha, and double fudge bar which was a special same with strawberry shortcake. Mocha cookie from le was good with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate pieces crumbled in the drink mix. Also, at times I brought in a few secret menu recipes and they were good like margarita and key lime pie. Ordered Venti Caramel Frap, NO WHIP. It was made WITH WHIP. When pointed out, the gentleman simply removed the whip with a spoon and returned the beverage to me. Yes, after contaminating my drink with the cream. The guy who claimed to be the Manager...made a new one, but it is just milk and water, no caramel, no blending. This is not how customers should be treated. Not returning to this store.

I was so glad to come upon this Starbucks in Prince George. My son and I were on our last leg to getting back to Washington State and needed a pick me up. I was so happy that I stumbled upon this Starbucks. I have...an unusual drink and they got it right the fist time. If ever I am in Prince George, I will be coming back to this Starbucks. Ordered a sandwich (to use up points that were going to expire), reloaded my card, and bought a coffee which she "DOUBLE CUPPED" meaning she made the coffee then popped it into another brand new cup - what a waste!!!

I always enjoy stopping by this Starbucks when I'm in College Heights. It's always quiet and clean up there, and the service is phenomenal. And they redeem for free drinks and food!

Went to use my Starbucks cards and had morning bun. Great taste and texture. Crispy around the edges and not too sweet. But sweetened ice coffee not sweet enough
