My daughter and I stopped in to get our usual pumpkin spice and some food for our drive. Rachel was absolutely a pleasure while we were there ordering. She was extremely helpful, super friendly and went above and beyond. She has the best personality and has great customer service skills!Thank you Rachel for such great service!
You have three baristas that can actually do their jobs. The one anti social one who never greets people but is comfortable enough to run her mouth. I shouldn't have to have my drink remade. The store manager was very polite about the issue but the grumpy Barista needs to lose the attitude.
i usually love coming to this starbucks but the baristas have gotten slower 15 minutes to wait on a drink i get they get busy some days but make sure you accommodate for your weekends. Not just 4 workers.
