Recently, I had the misfortune of visiting a Starbucks store that was an absolute nightmare, all thanks to the abysmal managerial skills of the store manager. It was evident that this manager had no concern for customer satisfaction or professionalism, as they created an unwelcoming atmosphere where customer complaints were simply brushed aside. The lack of empathy and effort to address concerns left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. First time over here. The girl that took my order was friendly, respectful and patient. She handled the rush diligently. I mentioned to her that I would give them a good review so here it is. The rest of the girls were also working well. My Pike place roast tasted great, thanks for making a fresh one.
