There are several workers at this place. One is a young guy who is an extremely hard worker, friendly, and knows how to work a cafe. The rest tend to be random college kids who don't want to be there and work very slowly. Every time I go I first check for him. If he's there, I'll stop. If not, it's not worth a 20 minute wait in line.
Horrible Service_Long long wait times_Servers don’t care about Service. Think twice before going to this place. Service is way below par It takes ages for a order to come through even without anyone waiting (Avg time 5 to 10 mins)
This Starbucks location is operated by VCU, which means they will not honor rewards. They also are often out of normal goods you would expect a Starbucks to have.
Got there at 7:15, still closed. Waited until 7:30 and still nobody. Happens on multiple occasions. If you open at 7AM then actually open on time Reserva una mesa ahora
Service was scarily fast, I had turned around and set my bag down at a table and my coffee was already done.
Once again, not a corporate Starbucks store. $1.40 for refills, will not honor any rewards or discounts.
I've tried to go here 2x during normal weekend/ weekday hours and it was closed. Annoying
