On Christmas Eve, I placed a mobile order for a total of six cold drinks. Being that it was Christmas eve, I knew they would be busy and can totally understand if I had to wait longer that usual. When I went in, I saw that the place was packed. What was surprising to me was 5 to 7 min after I placed my mobile order, 4 out of the 6 drinks I ordered were ready and was handed to me. The bad part of this is, I had to wait 25 min to get the other 2 orders so the first 4 drinks that was handed to me were all watered down. I did not t like that the fact that 4 venti drinks were ready and it took them 25 min to make the 2 grande drinks I ordered. I always thought they completed these orders all toge...
What is this and how is this acceptable? I come here all the time and never had an issue. But tonight, what happened? If the lid of the cinnamon bottle fell off, why not just remake the drink? 3/4 drinks were made perfectly except this one. Lost 1 star just for the whole bottle of cinnamon being dumped in my wife’s drink.
