I've been a Starbucks customer since 1972! I love my Barista Ceasar at 5000 Belt Line Road Addison Walk, Dallas location. Ceasar is consistent, reliable, diligent, and has great attention to detail, and makes the best Vanilla Chi Tea Lattes, and any other drink I order!!! The other Starbuck baristas at this location make delicious drinks and are consistent and reliable.

Trash mouth from the cashier. Insulted me as I tried to order calling me a sexual name then continued to spread gossip to other customers. Other baristas did this as well. Starbucks is nothing but a trashy business with unprofessional employees and no standards or HR in place. Nearly every location

Kimber and Lisa are absolute gems. I have been going to this Starbucks for several years regularly and the team is always very helpful. They remember your name and as a regular they will easily spot if your iced coffee isn’t the “right color”. I love starting my day with these lovely ladies!

Manager noticed there was a mix up and they forgot my drink. She was kind enough to give me a giftcard to make up for it. Great service
