The restaurant is a nice establishment with friendly staff and is well-maintained. However, today the Rotisserie chicken priced at 8.99 was missing a leg and thighs. It was difficult to determine if it was the fault of an employee or another customer. Regardless, it was not very appetizing. After returning home from a long trip, I was looking forward to enjoying this chicken. I don't want to drive back to complain with my receipt. I have not written a negative review for this lovely establishment yet, but unfortunately, I will not be ordering chicken from here again. Proceed with caution.
It was excellent. The girl was seemingly intelligent and very friendly as well as professional. I think she knows that I'm only once a year, gift card that my mother gives me because my mother doesn't like Starbucks, but I take everything for free, type of customers and still treats me with smiles and professionalism that she would give to everyone, favorite regular customers. I get the stinking eye of many other companies, like Rite Aid, because I'm a rarer or a timer, so I think she's very good to find.
The service at the drive-thru was excellent. The girl assisting me was friendly, professional, and seemed intelligent. Despite knowing that I only visit once a year with a gift card from my mom, she treated me with the same level of respect and attention as she would a regular customer. I often receive unfriendly treatment at other businesses for being a rare visitor, but she was commendable in her professionalism and welcoming attitude.
Update 11/05/2018:Starbucks cafe: we are out of earl grey tea (tea bags for the tea). Next day the same time: we are still out of earl grey tea. Asked to speak to the manager no luck. This store is a joke. 12/26/17: out of napkins, out of stirs. They can't put your money on to your phone Starbucks app account without PHYSICAL Starbucks reward card. Welcome to 19th century. PS. Other locations just scan the bar code from the app.

James, who works in the meat department, was excellent. He was very helpful in explaining how to cook shrimp and lobster. He will definitely be my go-to person for any questions I have in the future!
I am a huge fan of Starbucks' Cappuccinos, but I was disappointed by the quality at this particular location. Even the coffee my wife purchased tasted stale.
There's nothing not to love about this restaurant. The staff is amazing, the drinks are always perfect, and it's located in Pavilions! Absolutely fantastic.
Fast ordering, accurate, polite staff, good environment, and nice seating. Free WiFi, clean restrooms.
