During our five-day visit to Starbucks in Cincinnati, we encountered some issues. The gentleman at the counter was often unpleasant and sometimes rude while taking our orders. On the other hand, the two women who assisted us afterward were a true delight. The male staff member could use some training in customer service, as he came across as unfriendly and disinterested, which is especially unfortunate in such a student-heavy area.
