barista under the name hope is extremely rude. I went through the drive and ordered a few drinks. must have been a very rough day, because their attitude to the customers is completely out of line and not called for. when ordering our drinks she was not careful and we had to repeat the order. as soon as we moved into the window, the order was completely wrong and the extras that we were accused for like extra caramel dripping were loaded but not added to our drinks. when I was doing the mistake, she kept me and said we didn't have enough to clarify. although the order details were repeated several times after the ordering. at the window when we asked for the correction, she got argumentation...
The staff at this restaurant makes excellent drinks and gives great recommendations. I visit 3-4 times a month, and usually there is a short line in the early afternoon. I deducted one star because the drive-through entrance is very tight to pull into, and I often have to take a wide and awkward turn. It's difficult because I don't think there is a simple solution, but once you get the hang of it, it's just a minor inconvenience due to the tight turn.
The coffee is excellent at this restaurant, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The indoor and outdoor seating is beautiful. Orders are always ready quickly, and the food is hot when you arrive. The baristas are well-trained and personalize each drink. The only downside is that the drive-thru line can be long at times.
