Depending on the staff, this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. However, there are about three employees who truly go above and beyond. I’m lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1. We ordered a traveler an hour in advance, but when we arrived to pick it up, no one greeted us. After trying to get someone’s attention, we were told to “hold on.” Ten minutes later, we received our traveler with no lid on the coffee box and no milk, sugar, or cups. The Secaucus location should come and train this store.
