The service at this location was slower than expected when making two drinks, which was understandable. However, when the manager thanked us for waiting, they also added, "We all have places to be today," which seemed inappropriate and unprofessional. It would be expected that the management would be better trained in customer interactions, especially given the longer wait time compared to the standard at other Starbucks locations.

Yesterday, Cynnn (Cynthia) provided us with incredibly professional, friendly, and cheerful service during our meal. She truly made our day with her great attitude and clear communication skills. We highly recommend giving her a raise and recognition for her ability to maintain high spirits in what is undoubtedly a stressful environment where people rely on their caffeine fix!

I was talking to my 13-year-old daughter last night and she told me that almost every day after getting off the bus from school she stops in at Starbucks and orders a water. She sits sometimes and does some home work. Sometimes she just gets the water and leaves.Not once have they charged her and always gives her great service! Thank you Starbucks for being very kind to her

What happened to this location?! The quality is something you'd expect from a Tim Hortons. They can't get the order right. The coffee is either too warm or weak. Even the breakfast sandwiches, would it kill the staff to make sure the sandwiches are put together before they are placed in bags. Never have I ever encountered a manager (or assistant manager) as personable as Maria.She dealt with an issue we had at a surrounding Starbucks and handled everything perfectly. We left super happy.Ps; the staff here are always on point and friendly, if all management is somewhat like Maria, I understand why!Thanks Maria!

Usually a good place to order from except for the long drive thru. I order on app most of the time so not a big issue.Today though when I got home I found out they gave me two black coffees when the one in the image is suppose to be a blonde vanilla latte.

Really friendly baristas, I feel very welcome when coming by. Nice location and layout, too. I don't drink coffee often but I find myself wondering if I should make time to go and get a drink stay awhile in the seating area.

hands down the best deaducks experience I've ever had. the barista who worked in the lobby was a pure gem to talk to. she helped me get my souvenir cups and our drinks were perfect
