I?m writing this review hoping there will be some changes. I?m a frequent cafe goer and this is my closest coffee shop from home, but I have to visit coffee shops that are further. Unlike other Starbucks and coffee shops, I always feel like folks areunwelcome to sit down and stay. The highlight was when a staff dragged 10+ chairs consecutively using her feet on the tiledflooring while holding a box. Three tables including mine left right after that happened. Sometimes I wonder if the staffs aremaking noises purposefully so that people will leave. The staff at this location truly deserves praise. They are not only friendly and cheerful, no matter the circumstances, but they also excel at managing the chaos that comes with mobile versus in-store orders. On two occasions, while in a groggy morning haze, I mistakenly ordered through the Starbucks app when I intended to use Uber Eats. Assuming I had just lost my order, I immediately placed the same one through Uber Eats. (I realize this is a bit of a first-world problem, but it illustrates my point.) The staff at this location are all stars. Not only are they friendly and cheerful seemingly no matter what, but they are great at handling the chaos that is mobile v. in-store orders. Twice in my groggy, morning state I accidentally ordered through theStarbucks app, only to realize I meant to order through Uber Eats. Assuming I?d just cut my losses on what I ordered through theStarbucks app, both times I then immediately placed the same exact order through Uber Eats. What you expect from a starbucks. I went kind of late so there was hardly anyone there. You can't go wrong with a Venti Pike coffee. Like all the others there are plenty of treats and mugs to drink all of your coffee from. I wish they weren't all chain restaurants so they could have more of a small town coffee shop feel. During my visit, I encountered a couple of problems. Firstly, there was no toilet paper in the restroom while I was using it. Furthermore, there were three available wheelchair spots, but none were occupied, and the staff appeared oblivious and did not offer any assistance.

Not sure what’s happened to Starbucks but how can a place that sells coffee have no cream or sugar? It will be the last time I ever visit a Starbucks I don’t like black coffee maybe they could have told me before I paid them?

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. The drinks were perfectly made. However, I have a concern that the hand dryers in the restroom might be mounted too high to comply with ADA standards.
