I ordered on the app at 8:00am. The app said it would be ready at 8:12am. I showed up at 8:15am expecting my drink to be on the counter. It was not. After about 15 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer it would take on my drink. The guy working there looked at his watch and said probably about 20 more minutes. I asked simply to cancel my order and was told someone would meet me at the register to cancel it. I stood there for about 10 more minutes and then hear my name called out. At this point I did not even want the coffee anymore. When I went to get the coffee, the worker said there you go in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. I have to say, my experience at this Starbucks location has been incredibly disappointing. It's a shame, as I really value a good customer connection. Today was my last visit. I spent a few hours working in the café and ordered a drink through the mobile app. When I received it, I noticed it was only half-full. I requested a remake, and the staff asked if I wanted whipped cream, as if that were the reason for the small amount. When they remade the drink, they simply called out "remake" and then hurried away from the handoff counter. The standards here, both in drink quality and customer interaction, are shockingly low. I will definitely be steering clear of this location in the future.

This Starbucks is just literally the best Starbucks ever, every single time I go they get my order perfect and the customer service is just top-tier. All the other Starbucks kind of messed up my order because it's very specific but this one is just above and beyond and absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the lady's name was but she had a Cheshire cat tattoo and she was just fantastic!! even though it's early in the morning and my order is kind of odd and picky they never have a problem and are always just so unbelievably kind!! <3

this dieucks is only literally the best dieucks ever, every time I go, they get my order perfectly and the customer service is just top-tier. all the others have dieucks have screwed my order because it is very specific, but this is simply beyond and beyond and absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the name of the dame was, but she had a cheshire cat tattoo and she was just fantastic! Came through the drive through. One time the worker told me I ordered wrong because I said the drinks name before I said the ingredients. Ok. So I go through today, say the ingredients, get interrupted to know what caramel drizzle. No problem. Finish the drink ingredients for the baby Yoda. Get to the window expecting caramel crunch crunchies and get black something on top. And just realized no drizzle on the cup and that's what she interrupted me for.Disappointed on a $6 drink.

It's Starbucks, so you pretty much know what to expect. I give this location a 4 out of 5, primarily because the location is very inconvenient. While this doesn't reflect the quality of the coffee or the fantastic staff, it would be great if they could better manage the traffic through the gravel lot.

Okay I'm never going to leave Starbucks because I love that coffee but what is up with the drive-thru I mean really are they selling burgers and fries or coffee the coffee is great I just need you guys to pull it together and get this better shouldn't be late for work trying to get a cup of coffee

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks among the three locations. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy your time without feeling cramped. Reserva una mesa ahora

My favorite Starbucks by far! It's such an awesome place to come study. All of the workers are so patient and kind, and my drinks are always 10/10. The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find at public establishments) and the music is good too!
