I always go here because even though it’s a bit of a wait the staff are always super friendly and my stuff is always made properly. Today did leave a very sour taste however. granted it was fairly busy, however I waited at least 15 minutes to get up to the speaker, then another 3-5 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. Placed my order, then waited again to get up to the window where they informed me they didn’t have what I wanted, I understand sometimes things are out of stock, however they usually always check before putting the order through. I came into this location with my cup and my barista said they could use it to make my drink. I ordered a coconut strawberry drink. During the making of the drink, I overheard my barista say some negative things about my cup and they then ask me very loudly how other locations make my drink. They then told me to go back to the other location. I just felt embarrassed and very uncomfortable as well. I would have appreciated it if they looked at my cup closely before I paid so they can decide if it was compatible with the drink I asked for. Whenever I am in the area I would come to this location with the same cup but now I unfortunately will not be returning. Customer service and communication...

The drinks are 5/5 like any other Starbucks. The Staff are 5/5 friendly. However, like every other 1 star review you see posted, the wait time here is brutal. Expect to wait minimum 20+ minutes for your drink Every.Single.Time. Dont know why this location is so much slower than other locations but makes me want to avoid coming here. Management should look into the barrage of recent 1 star reviews all saying the same thing and fix it.

Absolutely brutal drive thru wait times, always at least 15 minutes. Management has to improve this or their head office should change management at this locationQuite embarrassing if I’m being honest, it’s faster for me to brew coffee overnight than order a latte in the drive thru

However, I did find the interior space to feel a bit dark and cramped, which isn’t very inviting. The outdoor area, on the other hand, is much more pleasant. As for accessibility, there is a clear and open doorway at the front, making it wheelchair-friendly.

Slowest drive-thru in edmonton. Waited at least 30 minutes in line in the Drive-Thru at 3:00 on a Friday to get one cup.

Don't expect quick service here. I've often waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and today it took 35 minutes.
