this situation has experienced a renovation, as I was in the interior, which is a great improvement. The drive-thru line is always exceptionally long and turns around the parking space, so that going in the rule the better option. the staff was friendly, but I got an ice cream instead of the frappuccino I had ordered. the customer before us experienced the same problem and sent her drink back to be restored. I was in a hurry, so I took the drink, but they can obviously get sloppy when they're busy.
If you urgently need a Starbucks coffee, this location will suffice. However, if you have a bit of extra time, I suggest driving a bit farther to find a better option. The interior is decent, but it lacks the cozy, work-from-home atmosphere that you might expect. While there is an outdoor seating area, at 95 degrees with views of long drive-thru lines and traffic, it’s not very appealing.
Visited on 10/19/2022. The young lady was very friendly. However, when I arrived at the office, I noticed my Grande Vanilla Latte was only three-quarters full. I was disappointed and will make sure to check my coffee next time to ensure the cup is properly filled.
While I relax here, I've observed that the establishment is quite dirty. An employee was seen wandering with a broom and dustpan, but it appeared they weren't making much headway, as there is still a significant amount of debris on the floor.

The tables were a little untidy, with straws, crumpled napkins, and some spills, but the food was delicious and served promptly. It's conveniently situated right in the center of the PetSmart parking lot, making parking easy to find.
This has got to be the worse SB's ever!! They never have any of the menu items. On the flip side, the staff is lovely, they do the best they can with what little they have!
The quality of the coffee has really gone downhill. My usual iced caramel macchiato always tasted strange. I felt I had no choice but to switch to Dunkin'.
It takes forever to grab your coffee,either order mobile or drive up give yourself 30 mins.for us never again in this location,and stuff are very rude too

They promptly seated me and served me efficiently, which was exactly what I needed. It helped wake me up and get me on my way!
