I went over twice today 11/12/2022 and there 's such a big difference between the 4am staff and the 8am staff it 's not even funny. Thanks for the 4am girl who was there alone, super polite and great customer service. The second time around the girl at the window, said I have your order ready you can pull up I said okay thanks and I mean there 's four other cars in front of me so I left my car on parked and waited. She then says again, oh could you pull up to the window, it 's ready, and I apologized oh I 'm sorry move up all the way to the front? and she 's laughing and answers yes that 's what I was saying to pull foward so I got out the line and waited parallel to their drive thru and I l...
If you go drive thru the line is always long. This location is bigger than the normal Starbucks, they are allowing people to sit inside to use wifi and enjoy their drinks again at minimum capacity with 6ft apart. the staff is nice, the only thing I did not like is that none of Starbucks employees wear gloves to prepare your drinks. Most of the places were I have been in restaurants or people who handle our food wear gloves And caps to avoid food contamination or hairs ?? I guess they're the exception.
My coffee was excellent as always. However, I was disappointed when they called my name; I expected to pick it up at the designated area, but instead, I had to walk back to the cashier. When I arrived to collect my drink, the woman standing there had a really unpleasant expression and didn’t smile at all. It would have been nice if she at least pretended to be friendly. I’m giving this place 3 stars because the rest of my group and the location itself don’t deserve a negative review.
My coffee was great as usual Except for the fact that when they called my name I expect to pick it up at the pick up area and I'm waiting and she makes me walk back to cashier register...I walk to pick it up and the woman waiting with my drink has ahorrible expression on her face , no smile no good attitude at least fake the good customer service..3 stars because the rest ofthe group or the location itself does not deserve a bad review

Desiree at this location one of my favorite Starbucks locations was sweet to suggest me to try their Pumpkin Scone, Thanks love!! Omg it was super delicious not dry and with double icing on it..Yummm if you love Pumpkin anything try it out loves so worth it! I paired it with my Pumpkin spice cold brew No whip and almond milk with the pumpkin spice sprinkled on top Yeah that?s me???
3rd time in a row I order a hot coffee and it is cold. They put double cups so I can't tell it's cold until I get home. Beyond frustrated. I called the 1st time it happened and they offered me another coffee but I declined and said I just wanted them to be aware and correct but nope didn't happen.

Received a wrong order but they smoothly changed it for me. At the end we both had a smile. They also allowed me to keep the wrong order instead of trashing it. I?m happy.
