I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at 8:10 a.m., just an hour before they closed at 9 a.m., and were informed that they had cleaned their frappe machine, so we couldn't order anything blended. We then requested light ice cream in our drinks, but they were filled to the brim with ice and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff member responded with a rude attitude and said there was nothing she could do. I will definitely not be returning to this place.
Bad customer service. When asked if my drink was right the person responded well you ordered it 15 minutes ago. ????what???? That's usually how I order and it doesn't look like this. And he said well its separated. I said ok can you mix it up. The girl handed me 4 popsicle sticks and said this is all we can do. What??????Update... after stirring with the popsicle sticks, still looks separated and weird in the cup.Update... decided to drink it and it is not the same drink.Update... separated even more and I threw it away.
Recently visited this Starbucks. I had been craving a pineapple matcha tea. Although I was informed that they had discontinued the Pineapple Ginger Syrup: A very nice barista who's goes by the name Perry recommended me their favorite! An Iced Matcha Tea Latte with Coconut Milk! My new favorite! Perry's customer service was 10/10 and I will be returning to this location! Baristas like Perry are the best!!
The location is excellent, situated right on State Street and near I-80, making parking easy. The service is quick and incredibly friendly. I stopped by to get a cake pop and cocoa for my three-year-old son, along with hot cider for myself to warm up on this chilly day. My son loved his cocoa, giving it a thumbs up, and my cider was just perfect. I will definitely return. I highly recommend this place! Reserva una mesa ahora
Clean store Pleasant employees atmosphere I noticed that the the 3\4 employees were somewhat aggravated it was probably an isolated problem. I won't be going to this location again. If when I can afford 6$ for a coffee I hope to enjoy it. I did not enjoy my macchiato at all. I think the shot of expresso was left out..

The experience with the staff member was disappointing, and they didn't wear a name tag, so we couldn't identify who it was. They refused to add extra cheese to our order and seemed impatient with us after we expressed our frustration. Overall, I would rate this experience a 2 out of 5.
