Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

While I am pleased with the customer support from Starbucks, I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the way I was treated by four baristas at the following location: 261 S. Weber Rd., Shops at Country Aire Market, Bolingbrook. I had a terrible experience and felt mistreated. I have been a customer at this location for over two years. I hope my feedback reaches the manager and district manager so that they can address the situation and provide retraining for these four partners.

The next day, when I returned, I made sure to check if they had the ingredients for the drink I originally wanted. Thankfully, they did! I ended up enjoying my order, and one of the team members who had worked the previous day recognized me and let me know they had the ingredients for my drink. The drinks were fantastic, and the staff was even better!

Can I choose no star? No star for this Starbucks! Use dirty cup and lie to customer. If the manager can see this you better do your job! Hiring right people and training well.

Only care about drive thru customers. Don’t know why I bothered to park, get out of my car, go inside to only be ignored. Service: 1
