My bf and I decided to order starbucks while shopping at vons. We went in the line and have been waiting and standing there for almost 15mins. DAISY never acknowledged us. On top of that. There was an Asian lady that has been waiting there before us. I am Asian too) So, this lady finally asked if she wanted to just take our order and then we’ll come back to get it because she was busy talking to the other customer that ordered two drinks. She said “ I AM MAKING HER ORDER SO YOU CAN JUST WAIT THERE “ She never once said “ I’ll be right with you “ I worked at fast food and we never treat customers like how she did us. Her and the African American lady has been chitchatting for about 10-15mins....
There is a barista there by the name of Stephanie. She has consistently delivered outstanding customer service and is always just so NICE! And precise! So much so that when I needed my coffee grinded, she took so much care in trying to find out exactly what I needed and figured out why my coffee maker was getting clogged. She NAILED IT! I know that this is only coffee, but still....it was so appreciated! I walked in today and said to my self ahhhhh...my little luck charm is here! Look, it is the little things that can sometimes be a big thing and let me tell you....a clogged machine, daily coffee back ups, messy counter clean up....LOL...is a pain in the a . I had to toss the bag another ass...
I visited this Starbucks and ordered a regular cup of coffee, requesting it to be half decaf and half caffeinated. The person who took my order had no issues with this, as I've made this request many times before at Starbucks. However, when I arrived at the window to pick up my drink and confirmed the order, the woman at the window snapped at me, saying, "We don’t do that!" I responded that someone had just taken my order, but she aggressively replied, "I didn’t take your order. We don’t do that!" and then abruptly shut the drive-thru window on me. Since when does Starbucks not allow for customizations, especially for something as simple as a basic cup of coffee?
My name is Terri ...I came to this Starbucks on Friday September 1st to shop and get a cup of ice water, it was an extremely HOT day... so as usual I asked for some water the Hispanic barista immediately charged me 25 cents for the largest cup, I was puzzled because I did not ask for the largest cup, no Starbucks has ever charged me for water? and I did not ask for the largest cup Starbucks offers... I felt somewhat slighted as if she just did not want to give me a free cup of water?

I visited this Starbucks this morning and ordered a grande oat milk chai. Unfortunately, the barista was quite rude to me. When I got to the counter, I could barely hear her ask how she could help me, so I requested her to speak up, and she responded with a very unpleasant attitude. I can’t describe her appearance, but I plan to ask for her name so that I can report her. Her attitude was unacceptable, and I don’t believe she should be working at this Starbucks.
This location lacks supplies... unable to purchase venty size drinks because they don't have cups... we downsize... Then, the batista, after we had paid, tells me the did not have whelping cream...!This experience we've had in this location too often...
I ordered a drink with light ice, they tell me is extra, i sau its fine then, proceed to fill the cup with ice. I asked for my money back the person didnt even apologize. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff at Starbucks are friendly and helpful. Excellent service!
