I recently purchased seven pieces of cake for my parents and some seniors in the community, but I didn’t order any drinks. I always feel very comfortable asking for cake here. Not only did they give me a complimentary drink, but they also offered my dog a pup cup, something he's never had before. Everyone was thrilled to receive their cake, and it's something they all look forward to. I didn’t get any contact information, so I can’t mention the names of the two employees who helped make everyone’s day a bit brighter. They were wonderful on that Saturday morning of May 7th. By the way, my hot chocolate was delicious!
It's 4:30 PM on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, and I give this place a full 5 stars. While they didn’t have the cookie crumbs that I usually enjoy in my drink, I’m a creature of habit and don’t often stray from my usual order. Even so, I digress. The main reason for this review is to highlight the attitude of the gentleman at the counter. His warm and welcoming tone, as well as his demeanor, made all the difference. When you’re placing an order and receiving your drink, you really want someone with that kind of friendly energy.
This restaurant has really gone downhill. They constantly mess up my orders. The last time, I paid extra for add-ons, but they didn't include them. I frequently have to request modifications for my drinks because they never add enough milk. Overall, the atmosphere feels a bit shabby, if you know what I mean.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and I'm actually an employee at this location. It's inside the Cleveland Clinic hospital, where I work—not at Starbucks. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!
