I was told to leave and refused service.I will start out about my experience on the Sunday morning of 5/22/2022 at approximately 10:30 am EST.I was refused service. I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks and often tip for the service I receive.Today, I entered and they said the in store cafe was closed and mobile ordering was down. The drive thru was the only option.I walked up on foot to this Starbucks. I had cash only. I said can you please make an exception, because I am on foot and cannot go through the drive thru. I also asked since I am here frequently and you know me, if you can please take cash and give me an exception.The employee on duty at the time said no. He refused to serve...

The drive thru line was long so I went inside to see that drive thru was their priority. The young lady took my order then I waited almost 20 minutes while the guy made everyone else coffee but mine and one of them was just a large black coffee. I see a young lady and ask her can she make my coffee and I wouldn't have had I known she would ask him to make it. The other coffee was a salted caramel cold brew light ice. I get it it's literally a cup of ice but at this point I take it and leave. It doesn't taste right so I do what I need to do without any coffee and come back. I give her back her mess and ask for it to be made correctly. She does and offers for me to keep the other coffee. I thr...

Wasted my morning but saved my money. They rang me up with multiple differing totals, I asked for clarification and was only given more confusuion. After 20 minutes of wasting my life talking circles with the manager with no solution in site I opted for my money back so I could go to work. Not at one point did they offer any help. All I wanted was my coffee and sandwich, I didn't want to get robbed as well. The manager was the rudest employee I've ever seen at Starbucks.

What’s going on with this place? Mobile orders only lobby closed? They make it extremely difficult for us non cell phone users as well as physically challenged to assess. At the time of my visit, there were seven staff members visible, indicating a shift to the national “to-go” model not a focus on customer service. The cashier misspelled my name so I was sitting there for 15 minutes. I went to one of the barsta and asked why it’s taking so long she told me I am in line. Not trying to find out where my drinks are. It was sitting on the table spell with a name call Dez. My name is Liz. Not close. The sandwich was cold but I asked can you rewarm the sandwich. Not them asking me can they do it this is why this Starbucks got this2 stars.

Lati was incredibly friendly and helpful during our time in the drive-thru. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we waited for our drinks, and she offered excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area during our vacation.

I just ordered 3 vanilla Frappuccino and they gave me less than 1/2 of the cup on all of them. I even paid extra for the almond milk . This is a shame. 5 dollars each for 1/2 cup!!

the staff was very nice, but the coffee was not great. the espresso was bitter and the ice cream tasted. also they were bad at camps and the bathrooms were dirty. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is no longer worth a visit. It used to be quite efficient, but now the service is very slow, and my orders are frequently incorrect.
