My daughter recently participated in an anti-cyberbullying presentation competition—and she won first place! As a reward, she received a Starbucks gift card. It was her very first time going into a Starbucks ordering by herself, and she decided to use it to treat both herself and her little brother. The baristas there were incredibly kind and patient. They made sure it was okay to make a decaf Frappuccino for the kids, and my daughter thoughtfully ordered a large size so she could share. One of the baristas even asked if we’d like it split into two or three cups. they gave each of my kids their own cup instead of just one large one—such a sweet gesture! The kids were so surprised and happy....
I've been coming to this place for over 20 years, but recently I've encountered a new register worker who tries to instruct me on how to order my coffee and what their rules are. I'm not interested in their personal issues, and when I've asked politely more than four times, it’s no surprise that this place is often empty. The bathroom could use some attention, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. As for the coffee machine, while she seems to be trying to help, I really just want to enjoy my coffee without any hassle.
Unfortunately, while the staff is friendly and works hard in a challenging environment, this location is inconsistent when it comes to speed and drink quality. Even mobile orders often take 15-20 minutes, and the drinks I received here were more disappointing than satisfying, with a taste that was more akin to paint. The drinks at the nearby cafe on the road are definitely better.
This has to be the worst experience I've had. The customer service was non-existent; I felt slow and overlooked. Waiting 15 minutes for a small chai latte and a bagel is unacceptable, especially when there are only two or three customers, myself included. It should have taken a maximum of 2 to 3 minutes.

When living in the area was a regular. Seems like the shop has slipped in appearance and the quality of product. As a solid customer of Starbucks this location have slipped. There were only 3 customers in an active area.

The restaurant's posted hours indicate that they are open, but they were actually closed at 6:12 am. This was very disappointing.
The Starbucks is just what you would expect. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is nice, but the staff is indifferent.
