Worst starbucks I've been too. Made the drink wrong .. it was a frap. It was thin and heavy mocha. I asked.for thicker and little less mocha. Remade the drink and it came out thinner and about the same mocha. When i told them it was still wrong I was told they refuse to remake or refund the beverage. This is horrible customer service. My wife drinks like 3 or 4 of these every day. Is the barista promise dead? Do the Starbucks corporate policies not apply to the stores now? How horribly sad.
The baristas at this café are wonderful, though I was disappointed to find they were out of the Baked Apple Croissant during my visit. I ordered takeout, and overall, it was a nice experience. The food was decent, so I would rate it a 3 out of 5. However, both the service and atmosphere were outstanding, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. I definitely recommend trying the Caramel Frappuccino blended drink! The prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person.
Usually it’s pretty good here, but today specifically really annoyed me. I ordered the exact same thing I did yesterday, but today I got judged by the older woman at the register. I’m so sorry that me not wanting black coffee annoyed you. And even with her rude comment and eye roll, my drink was still made incorrectly. Yesterday my drink was phenomenal, service was great, not at all today. I don’t even want to drink this. Food: 1
As of December 2021, it appears that the renovations have had a positive impact, even though the place doesn’t feel entirely new. This location is certainly lively, but the staff is efficient and the service is prompt. I really appreciate the ample indoor and outdoor seating, making it a comfortable spot to unwind and have a conversation. Our drinks were fantastic as well! Reserva una mesa ahora
The quality you expect from Starbucks is certainly present. The service was outstanding—both friendly and efficient. The only issue I faced was with the online ordering; the app showed that my chosen item was out of stock. I'm really glad I spoke to them in person, as they managed my order with great professionalism. I will definitely return when I'm in the vicinity!
The pleasant Starbucks at Crestview Town Center is an excellent place to enjoy a coffee. Although the layout can sometimes feel a bit crowded, using the app to place your order can help you avoid waiting if you're short on time. I've never had any problems during my visits, and I consistently find the interior to be clean and quite spacious.
