Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

Sadly as far as Starbucks go this one isn 't quite up to standard. Often ordering in advance to skip the queue, so the rewards often means your still have to wait 15+ minutes to get the drink you pre-ordered. Also my friend ordered, and even asked and they confirmed, that they 'd given him a white americano to only find when he got to drinking it that they 'd mucked up his drink order. Sadly this sort of thing happens a number of times. Sadly again ordered ahead and ended up waiting nearly 15 mins for my order, people who arrived after us even got their drinks before someone bothered to make our order.

What a shame, this used to be our go to coffee shop and gave it 5 stars 3 years ago. On the last 4-5 visits the difference has been noticeable. Staff are rude and the notation of service with a smile is a distant memory. I think we will be using Hampton Starbucks for our micro dates from now on.

Came in just before 1 on a weekday, not very busy inside, couldn’t have a mug so was offered a takeaway cup, sat down and noticed several empty tables that hadn’t been cleared hence no mugs, get more mugs, tidy the tables more frequently, staff were very polite and pleasant

I Want to iterate I have never had this issue before with Starbucks but the milk in it was gone of, tasted sour and smelt out of date, I had to throw it away as 1 sip made me nearly throw up, Very upset about it to be honest Reserva una mesa ahora

Airy, roomy place. Fairly busy at rush hour (morning when i vidited). Had a long meeting, no hassle, staff friendly. Like most drive through stores no nice outside (or inside) seating.

Deliver was absolutely lovely. The best deliver I’ve ever had. On time, correct house and a thrill to talk to. Thank you so much.

Few times visited, however most of the times we experienced with poor customer service.
