I went to pick up my mobile order, but the staff member I interacted with was rather rude. He informed me that their system was down and they couldn't access any mobile orders. Even though I had already been charged, I expected either a refund or for them to prepare my order right away. Unfortunately, the employee appeared completely uninterested in assisting customers and outright ignored me. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave. This location really needs to improve its staff training.
On my way to the airport, I stopped at this Starbucks, not realizing I had placed my coffee order for the wrong location. Raquel and Nadia were incredibly kind and helpful—when I showed them my order, they quickly sprang into action and made all three coffees for me. They were extremely sweet, accommodating, and efficient. Thanks to them, I made my flight on time. Huge thanks to Raquel and Nadia!
Generally I want to give 5 stars to its staff, they are so nice and friendly. However here there your order wont be as good due to the morning rush hour. So you either will take it and leave or ask staff to remake it but will cost you another 10-15 minutes. Other than that it is typical Starbucks.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and a Lemon Cake, and both were fantastic! I didn’t catch the name of the person who made them, but he did a wonderful job! I really appreciated that the Lemon Cake was still wrapped in the Starbucks bag, so I got to unwrap it myself.
The service was really nice. Other than that, well, it's a Starbucks, so I got a nice overpriced beverage and a lil snack. This one in particular had a really kind and friendly barista on this day at this time in particular and she kinda made my day.
I had a caramel ribbon crunch and a lemon cake! I don't know the name of the person who made it, but it was amazing! It turns out that the lemon cake was still wrapped up in the bag, so I was the one who had to open it.
I attended an event at the restaurant, and the staff were exceptionally helpful during the setup. They assisted us in getting drinks for everyone and were truly fantastic!

This Starbucks is my favorite stop on the way to work. The staff is friendly and efficient.
