the worst dieucks save so careless, only pointless attitude. my wife went and our order was wrong, so we called and complained. the branch manager said to come to do our order and a refund to top of it, and that was not the problem. the problem was when we came from the beginning there when I said we had a card and order the old lady hired me this evil and told me to go park and come in I said no and ask her to speak with a manager, they complained that she had to go back and it will take a long time to get him. So 10min from contest he came and told me to go park and thin I refused, so he said that he did not serve me my drinks and leave I literally stood in the line until I got what I orde...
The place has a ton of super comfortable chairs where you can get your work done. The regulars are super friendly. The music is decent and the die-hard staff are great! Awesome music, environment and coffee! I am a coffee drinker and this is a good place for a person such as myself. Quick service and amazing quality as you can expect! Delicious drip coffee and other caffeine boosting options. This place is a coffee science house, so it is definitely worth the trip. They brew a select batch everyday meaning you can go multiple times for a different tasting. I recommend coming here to relax, its cozy, and comfy which is nice. So go experience it yourself.

Today, I ordered two caramel frappuccinos. After trying them, we both noticed that they were not sweet at all and lacked any coffee flavor. It wasn’t worth going back since I was far away, but I won’t be returning to this place. Perhaps the staff could benefit from some retraining on how to make frappuccinos properly. On a positive note, the girl at the drive-thru was very nice and polite.

Employees are extremely rude and lack basic customer service skills. I ordered ahead 20 minutes before and when I went in my order wasn’t there. When I tried asking about it, the rude staff flat out ignored me I had no choice but to leave without my drink. I order ahead for a reason! Don’t take my money if you can’t fulfill the order then ignore me when I try asking about it.
If you enjoy long waits and a minimalist menu, then this coffee shop might be for you. If you're okay with noisy, overworked baristas who seem stressed, and you don’t mind complaining about the staff while trying to enjoy a poorly made drink, then you might actually like this place.
I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha but received a Toffee Nut Mocha instead, which was excessively sweet. I was too tired to return it for a remake. I'm deducting one star for this mix-up. For a $7 cup of coffee, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered.
I ordered 2 chocolate crossiants via drive thru, they gave me 2 regular crossiants (not what i ordered) i called to complain, their phone doesn't work. I hate the service. How can i fix my issue?

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The woman with black glasses who took my order was very pleasant, but the others were not attentive at all.
We order a green tea latte, they didn’t have the ingredients. They wasted our time by making us wait in line. Very bad service.
