I ordered a pickup through the app on my way to work. The app directed me to go to the designated pickup area, but when I arrived, the door was closed. I could see the staff inside, but there was no sign indicating that the dining area was closed. I tried looking through the window to understand what was happening and explained that I had placed an order for pickup. They directed me to another location to pick up my order. I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and wondered if my order was ready. They told me to use the drive-thru since the dining room was closed. I explained that I had ordered online to avoid the line because I was on my way to work. While they eventually handed me my order...
I visited this Starbucks about an hour before sunset and immediately noticed the 'Mask Required' sign at the front door. However, this sign was a bit different compared to last year at the same time (June 2020). It indicated that you could enter without a mask if you were vaccinated. The establishment itself was well-maintained, well-lit, and offered professional service from a well-groomed staff. The outdoor seating was comfortable, accompanied by relaxing background music. This Starbucks is situated in a fantastic shopping area with something for everyone. It's definitely worth a visit. I recommend checking out this location sometime!
This is the worst starbucks experience I've had, if you want to go here make sure you only go through the drive through because the employees only put effort into their drive through orders. I ordered a caramel frappe and it took 3x as long as usual and they didn't even pump caramel into the coffee, they put a single lazy drop of caramel on the very top and it ended up bitter. I understand that you're they're busy but if they're going to take so long at least take a few more seconds to put effort into what you're making.
I love Starbucks, so naturally I thought I’d visit every single one within a 500 mile radius… starting with this one. To sum up my experience in one word: AVERAGE. The drink was good, but not amazing. The place was clean, but not sparkling. The main ‘plus’ was that there was a bathroom. That’s it. But I did admire the barista. She made gave me a sense of autonomy by giving me a choice of a base for my drink: water or lemonade. Kudos to her. But it’s still Starbucks, aka my second home: so I give it a 4.

Things have really gone down on the drive thru on Sundays. Young lady was half awake or stoned at 130pm today. Rather than correct the error in output which was different than rung for 2 VENTI Coffee drinks, she downsized them and still got both wrong. Not gonna hold up the line but COME ON?!?! Have an on the ball individual at the drive thru window who has a brain and some humility not just aggro. Turned off Regular customer today 7/10/2022
The service was excellent. One of the employees was in training, and the manager was very supportive of her. Despite the busy lines at the drive-thru and inside on a Saturday afternoon, everyone remained calm and composed. The café features a cozy lobby with a pathway leading to the service area, illuminated by soft lighting and complemented by a stylish bakery section, giving this Starbucks a refreshing ambiance.
So disappointed. The last 2 times I came here my coffee was not hot. And when you buy a venti It needs to be hot. I get my coffee from here then shop at mariano's. It stays hot throughout the entire time I'm shopping. The last 2 times I wasn't even halfway done when I couldn't drink it. Went home and nuked it but by that time it was too bitter to drink. Waste of over 6.00 for a cup.
It's 5:50, and their hours indicate they open at 5:30. The signs are lit up, but there are no baristas anywhere in sight. This is the fourth time I've encountered incorrect hours in the morning. Other customers also arrived and then left after a few moments. They really need to sort this out!

Waited at DT for long time to find the sign saying DT is closed then try to go into store, to find the door is locked with a sign saying the store is closed but DT is open. Wasted my time at this Starbucks, please make up your mind.
I always find my drinks to be fresh and enjoyable. I absolutely love this place! It's never too crowded.
