The service was impeccable, receiving a perfect rating of 5. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a delightful overall vibe. I highly recommend trying the Pineapple Passionfruit Starbucks Refreshers; they are truly refreshing and delicious!
Made my drink all wrong. The cashier/barista Karrigan had an attitude that was very unwelcoming and wasn’t really attentive with my order. I observed and noticed with other customers she was greeting them and asking for their name for their order and more friendly. I think it was some discrimination in play. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and I’ll just stick with the Schaumburg-Roselle road location. Service: Take out
Terrible service. Occasionally Starbucks is a miss on their oatmeal. It gets handed out dry. Most places immediately remake it and assure it’s perfect and that we are satisfied. Twice the attitude at this location was “zero fu$&s given”. Add hot water. Hand it back to you to me mixed yourself. Bummer. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
It's STARBUCKS. Delicious!. The one thing that I want to be available is Sugar FREE syrups in more than just vanilla. Come on Starbucks, I can't be the only person that wants sugar free mocha. This was insane... The drinks and food were fine and tasty but the wait time was LITERALLY 12 MINUTES, To make things worse this made me late for my piano recital! Oh also they made my drink wrong 2 times.
