This review is certainly one of the more noteworthy ones I’ve written. The café has some good qualities; I appreciate the layout, especially since this branch features cushioned benches instead of only wooden seating. However, after my experience today, I’ve decided not to return due to the rude individuals I've encountered at this location and in the surrounding area.
I've had to dodge potential accidents on two occasions, as it seems some people are intentionally trying to cause problems. The Starbucks drive-thru isn't managed well; during the rain, the line completely blocked all the parking spots right in front of the store. The service was good, and Amy was very friendly. The staff was quick to bring me my order of four drinks; however, I found a hair in my hot drink. When I removed the lid to add sugar and started to stir, I noticed a blonde/brown hair stuck to the straw. Since I have pink hair and my mom and sister (who were with me) have black and purple hair, I know it didn't belong to us. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the drink because I had to go to work, but I noticed that neither of the girls had their hair tied back, which is a significant issue!
The service was good, Amy was very nice and the girls there was quick to get me my order of four drinks BUT my hot drink had a hair in it. I took the lid off and poured the sugar in and started to stir my drink but when I pulled the straw out there was ablonde/brown hair when I have pink hair and my mom and sister (who were with me) they have black and purple hair so I know it?snot ours. I was not able to return because I had to go to work but neither one of those girls had their hair tied which is a BIGproblem!
We made a stop here while returning home from Atlanta, and we were impressed by how clean and modern the coffee shop was. Its location is quite convenient, just under a mile from I-85. The drive-thru was busy, and there was also a spacious outdoor seating area. Inside, there were ample tables and chairs. The bathrooms, which are often a good reflection of a restaurant's quality, were well-kept. The service we received was friendly, and the food and beverage selections met the typical Starbucks standards.

I always order my items double toasted, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I often get something else entirely. When I brought this to the attention of the management, the response was dismissive—a half-hearted "my bad" without any offer to rectify the situation. This condescending attitude has been consistent with my past experiences.
I urge the management to consider diversifying their team. As a Black woman, I believe I deserve fair customer service.
I ordered a sugar-free drink due to health issues, but somehow received a regular sugary drink instead. I drove back to explain the mix-up, and the staff handed me the exact same sugary drink again. I have a sugar-free latte every day, so I know exactly how it should taste. I will never return to this location; this is not only dangerous but also incredibly rude. Remaking my coffee would have taken just a moment.
I visited the drive-thru on August 30, 2022, at 8:59 PM, and the employee made my drink in the wrong size. I left the drive-thru but quickly returned to the window in under 20 seconds. However, the employee refused to remake my drink in the correct size and was extremely rude, telling me they were closed.

I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks, but I really wish they would improve their hours. They tend to close quite early. While this might be an issue with staff availability, I think considering unionization could be beneficial. I hope they would be more open to that idea.
