We came here for drinks. I was first disappointed that there was only a Caramel frappucino and not salted Caramel which I enjoyed at another branch. When I ordered the cashier checked the order at least twice..more to come on this later and as I wanted to pay with cash she said they don't accept cash. Whilst I understood this in the height of covid and lockdown surely now its acceptable, it is legal tender after all?! We waited for our drinks and turns out mine was wrong. Instead of changing it the lady just poured a load of extra sauces and syrups on the top! What a waste of money for me..I then got us a table by the window, it was filthy. No one was around for me to ask to clear the previo...
I had to wait an extraordinarily long time in a queue for my coffee because the two staff available were both dealing with getting deliveries ready. the staff made me feel I was of lesser importance than the online patients. What compounded the situation was that the third member of staff available carried on rearranging the 'Merch ' on the shelves without helping out with the very long queue. I cannot stress how frustrating the whole process was.
I may not be a coffee expert, but I come to this restaurant specifically for their cappuccinos. They are much better than the Costa coffee on the main street and the other Starbucks in the greyhound retail park. Whatever you are doing, please continue doing it because the cappuccinos here are fantastic.
Not so friendly staff. Messing about while making our drinks. At least 8 tables not cleared, 5 for the whole time we were there. Had to clear a table. None wiped over. Toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned in years! And to top it off didn't take cash! Will not return awful place.

The service at this drive-through is incredibly slow and frustrating, even when it's not very busy. The staff seems more interested in chatting with each other than in taking orders and serving customers. There is a noticeable lack of customer engagement and pride in their work.
Really good service. The Starbucks here covers a large target area and is always lively. The staff do a great job delivering a fast paced service whilst covering all customer needs and the coffee always tastes great. A good little Starbucks and a real asset to Southend.
Today's croissants were definitely not fresh, possibly being from yesterday or the day before. The coffee, which is usually full-bodied, was weak and lacked flavor. Vacant tables sat uncleared for about 15 minutes. I will be avoiding this Starbucks branch in the future.
It took 15 minutes (maybe slightly longer) for an Americano and a latte. They tasted great but such a ridiculous wait, there were around 5 staff behind the counter but there were queues to the door and in drive through etc

The best service I have received, time after time. I would recommend this branch to anyone visiting. All their items are worth getting. My personal favourite is the White Mocha.
Staff were friendly, she helped me check my gift card balance and my drink was delicious as always. Very clean and professional environment.
