I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at the Ards branch today was completely unacceptable. Starbucks Ards, the worst experience I've ever had. I hate complaining but the staff in there were so rude! I was getting a caramel macchiato plus 2 hot chocolates for my granny and sister and I went to pay. Before I always get points on the Starbucks app so I can save a bit of money as everyone knows how dear it is in there. The girl serving me was obviously new which I had no problem with and put in my order wrong. But it took forever and no one even apologized about the wait. Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of escaping the busy crowds at this restaurant. They cater to all tastes with a wide selection of beverages and food. The newly recovered armchairs provide a comfortable place to enjoy a delicious coffee (I recommend the Cortado), read, or engage in conversation. What truly sets this place apart are the friendly and attentive staff who take your name when you place an order, ensuring you receive the right drink and fostering a connection between staff and customers. I highly recommend this restaurant, just be sure not to take my favorite seat.
The restaurant was very disappointing. They recently joined Just Eat but were unable to fulfill my order. After I called to change the unavailable item and a driver was assigned, they still cancelled. It was a complete mess and they need to get their act together and do their job properly.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and had to ask for a refund. The staff, who were rude, gave me the refund without apologizing. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. They need to improve their staff and provide better customer service training.

This is actually a great spot for.grabbing a coffee with a friend. It's got way more atmosphere than you would think for a Shopping Centre cafe. The sweet treats are good, as are the hot drinks but unfortunately, they don't serve decaffeinated tea.
the personal is always friendly. coffee is always top notch. large size caffe to sit (if they can obviously). always clean. I like my drink extra hot as I smokey, the personal never fails. service is fast and counters are clean.
Drinks are never consistent and you are lucky if you get what you ask for. Certain staff can be very unfriendly at times which is a shame as there are other staff working in there that are so helpful and friendly.
Tables on this visit were dirty again. First time I visited, I just thought it had been a busy day.. but when I looked around, no tables had been given a proper wipe down. Coffee very bitter, and expensive.

quieter seat, although business busy,tasty pan a raison cold as I like it, although I was offered it warmed when I wanted.
