I was very clear about my order and when I saw they had made the wrong drink, the barista looked at me with a disgusted face and proceeded to show me attitude and insisted it was correct. If you're looking for a place to get coffee in the morning but want to avoid being treated poorly, you might want to reconsider visiting this Starbucks. I encountered an employee named Stephanie who was quite aggressive and condescending when I simply asked a question. She seemed frustrated, stomping around and slamming drawers, and ended up yelling at me before another barista served me cold coffee twice. Stephanie's attitude towards customers, particularly men, was rude and unprofessional. It definitely soured my experience, and I believe something needs to change in the way customers are treated here.
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff is not nice and the baristas don?t make the drinks the right way. I requested my BSOM to be re-done bc it was all oat milk and no ice to even it out. I get it back the same way. I get this drink at least 3x a week since it came out. Also ordered a pastry and the bag was dripping wet as the person who brought it to me didn?t dry her hands. So gross. So unfortunate bc it?s such a convenient location with lots of parking.

The cleanliness was very disappointing! There was trash all over the place, and it seemed no one was taking the time to clean up. I noticed a couple of employees who didn’t appear to be busy, so they could have helped with the cleanup. The garbage cans were overflowing, and the overall mess was off-putting. My boyfriend and I were quite appalled and won't be returning.
I understand why this place only has a 4-star rating. The barista spent 10 minutes enjoying her own coffee before I had to ask her if anyone was working on my order. It was only then that she noticed the ticket and began preparing my drinks. Unfortunately, she ended up getting both of my orders wrong.
Absolutely filthy! No one can throw out trash here? Garbage EVERYWHERE! Never coming back. I saw two workers doing nothing so they should have been on clean up duty. There was trash literally everywhere. Not even any space in the garbage cans. Repulsive.My boyfriend and I were so disgusted.
I ordered a drink to go from there, and when I received it in a bag, the cap suddenly came off, causing my drink to spill everywhere. I ended up wasting $6 on an empty cup. Starbucks, you really need to improve your caps so they stay on properly; this situation is unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to get my bacon egg and cheese and vanilla ice Coffee. It was nice.
