Went over there asked for a double chocolate chip with no cream. And the woman standing at the till very rudely said I HEAR I was just trying to make sure again as she did this in the past. Anyways at the end the other woman made the drink and again with drink and I told her and she did not even said sorry she is just like its my colleague mistake and the other colleague said she wrote cream. And at the end she made another one but this time full of ice. And when we left commented that 's why I don 't like working here. The drink was just ice and I ended up not drinking it. I don 't think i would be going again
I tried the new Chocolatey pretzel frappuccino at the restaurant, which was supposed to come with a chocolatey cream on top and crunchy toppings. However, I was disappointed to find that it only had normal cream on top and nothing else. The drink cost £5, and I was expecting it to be as advertised. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue as I have heard others experiencing the same situation. Overall, it was a total disappointment. I regret not taking a picture of what I actually received, but I am certain that I am not the only one who has had this experience. No proof is needed to confirm this issue.
Haven’t been to Starbucks in a while, but decided to come here with my partner for a coffee, Urte served us and was so rude and in general made our visit gloomy and unenjoyable. I thought that the Starbucks team members were supposed to pride themselves on customer service! Won’t be coming back again, instead I will go to Cafe Nero as the staff there are nice and helpful with a smile on their face! Also the coffee is overrated and overpriced. And they have stopped serving in glasses which is extremely bad for the environment! Why would I want a plastic cup when I’m drinking in? Disappointed by Starbucks.
The waitress seemed more preoccupied talking to her coworker about work shifts and complaining in general than attending to us. We chose a table that was fairly clean but decided against ordering a sandwich due to the poor customer service. The restrooms were in terrible condition - the sanitary bin was overflowing, there was no soap available, the floor was wet, and it was evident that the facility had not been properly maintained for quite some time as the checklist on the door remained unsigned. The lack of toilet paper added to the unpleasant experience.

My partner and I stayed in Wembley for an overnight stay. After a walk about the town centre, we ended up at Starbucks in the Brent Civic Centre. Store was tidy, clean and very welcoming. Staff were prompt and courteous. I got chatting to the manager, Connor, who was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful, advising of places we should visit. We were so impressed with the service here, we returned later that day to enjoy another lovely, seasonal coffee! Hats off to Connor and the team.
I work locally and used to come in here every day sometimes twice a day. As of lately I've been so disappointed with the quality. Around 3/5 times a week my order isnt correct and at the time of day that I am in there it is always quiet so I'm not sure how hard it is to get it right. I feel like this branch is more of a training hub for new staff as I never see the same people, which I don't have a problem with but I am starting to resent how expensive it is.
I work in the area and visit this shop pretty often. I’ve always been a huge fan of Starbucks as a brand and coffee. One day I went there to ask for some sugar in a polite manner, instead of just taking it like most people would cause Starbucks... and I was refused in the most rude way possible. I’m just tired of rude Europeans giving a bad name to my favourite coffee shop.
Starbucks is always reliable. I enjoyed the new mini toasties on the menu, although the cheese in the chilli one tasted artificial. The biggest issue was that my large tea had no room for milk when I opened it, which was tough to deal with at 8:00 a.m. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

Really convenient location in the centre. Big and spacious. Opens early and good for wifi. Coffee and biscuits were good. The one girl was friendly but the other rude, ignoring people. If she was doing paperwork or whatever fine but do it at the side!
Let down toasted cheese and tomato panini at £4.19 hardly any filling. Coffee ok but when did they start charging 5p for the cup?
