They can take a few minutes to process from the app before appearing in our store through the sticker machine. So arriving almost immediately, or very quickly, could mean that they don?t have it yet or it just printed as you arrived. Or they had to look for the order since it hadn?t arrived at the store yet. This location has consistently been very slow for as long as I can remember. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and even though I initially planned to order food along with my drink, I decided against it because the staff was rude. I only ordered a drink and ended up paying $6.56, but when it was handed to me at the window, it was a small instead of the large I had requested! I clearly stated that I wanted a venti twice while ordering, but the girl interrupted me and told me to "hold on." Overall, it was a disorganized experience.
If they take a coffee order from someone, whether it's for a to-go or in-house order, the specific instructions should be clearly written on the sticker label on the side of the cup. This should be included with the special cup order, for example: "extra ice" means to add extra ice, "add whipped cream" means to include whipped cream, and so on. These are straightforward instructions. However, for some reason, they consistently seem to struggle with getting this right.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The staff is disrespectful and inconsiderate. After a long drive, I was relieved to find a Starbucks, but unfortunately, I faced discrimination. At 9 PM, I was waiting in line when the cashier informed me that she couldn't assist me and could only serve the person in front of me because there were only two employees working. The manager here is a sweetheart and is really concerned about doing her customers right. I'm ashamed to say I don't know her name but she greets me by name every morning and I never told it to her. She just learned it off the label among the probably 400 customers they see before 10am. She's got purple hair. Can't miss her. She's great and I've seen her deal with a lot of shi....stuff.
Worst Starbucks I ever been in my entire life. I’m usually not into giving bad reviews but this happened on two separate occasions! It’s been instances when I waited an unreasonable amount of time after ordering online. And the customer service is ridiculous. I love Starbucks but this locations needs to do better. Smh
I ordered my usual cappuccino, but it was warm instead of hot. The lady who took my order was welcoming, even though the store wasn't busy at all. The location was clean, but things seemed a bit scattered. This is my favorite place to visit, and it will continue to be. Reserva una mesa ahora
Horrible. Music too loud. 12 minute for drinks is what I heard. What happened? Ace used to be nice. I left and went to Tices Lane.
