Staff: The young man at the window was so nice. I unfortunately forgot his name. Quality: The food was as good as expected from Starbucks. My issue with the store itself was the condition of the outside of the store. We used the drive thru and could see trash littered around the outside in a couple of areas, mainly the outdoor area which does not appear to be in use. Now we were told they are closing for a few weeks which may be to update the store, but even if this is the case, there needs to be a minimum level of respect for the store appearance. Overall: If I am passing through again, I may stop by but I don't l know if I'll be back given the condition of the store.
Out of all the Starbucks I 've been to in my life this one has some major problems. 9 times out of 10 your drink will be made wrong or it 's someone else 's order. We tried mobile ordering because it goes directly to the computer and prints out exactly what you want and they still manage to make the drinks incorrectly. They put ice in drinks that aren 't iced or dump a bunch of sugar in a drink when we request no classic It 's either lack of care on the managers part or the staff has some reading comprehension issues but we don 't have these problems at the Redlands locations. I would recommend skipping this location.
I mean my drink that I got today was a little off. Didn't taste like it did last time. The customer service was pretty good actually the place seem to be very clean. Although it does appear like they remodeled so seating is very limited here all right well good luck helpers.
