Be sure to ask for Giana! I recently had a chai latte from another Starbucks nearby that wasn't great, so I requested Giana to prepare one for me. She made it with oat milk and it turned out perfectly! I absolutely loved it. The next time you visit, definitely ask for Giana; she creates drinks just the way you like them and really takes the time to get it right. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.

Nice, clean, cozy place where you can go enjoy alone time or relax for bit with your family. The cashier person was really pleasant and polite. Parking: Plenty of parking space right in front of the place. Kid-friendliness: The person who took our order asked my little one what would she liked to drink and he took the time to listen. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I preordered. There were only two employees working, and about 25 people were waiting for their coffee. Neither of them seemed to have a sense of urgency, as they only managed to make about two coffees every five minutes. Today, it took 30 minutes for my order to be completed.

I have to say my experience with the service hasn’t been great. I typically place my order through the app, where I can ensure a specific time for it to be ready. However, every time I go to pick it up, it’s never ready on time. Often, I end up waiting an additional 10 to 15 minutes, which is just ridiculous.

Employee was preaching to me how glad she was Israel was finally killing off allPalestinian civilians, and how proud she was Starbucks was supporting. I don’t even know anything about it but that seems really mean. Plus the coffe was gross and cost too much. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The restaurant informed me that my order wouldn't be available until 9:00 PM, yet it's now 9:30 PM, and this has happened for two days in a row. It's quite frustrating. I usually order ahead because the lines can be long, and I prefer to be in and out quickly.

I don't understand why you're locking the doors at 4 PM if your hours are supposed to be from 5 PM to 8 PM. I can see people inside. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
