I?m a huge fan of Starbucks, but my recent experience here at this location(2815 S. Main and Rogers Rd. really disappointed me. Now before I get any further into this review, I must say that I have never had a bad/disappointing customer service experience! They?re always nice, pleasant, and full of character! Anyway, I ordered two Venti Iced Peach Green Teas, plain and simple with cane sugar. One for me, and one for my daughter who was with me to also experience the disaster. After the transaction was completed, we got our drinks, we both took a few sips from them and they were delicious! I typically enjoy my barista experience at Starbucks, however on this Christmas Day I was very disappointed. No greeting up our arrival at the register, they young lady was not helpful at all. After getting our drinks and enjoying them outside, The young lady approached my wife and I to ask was there a problem, I shared my concern and she said ?interesting? and went back inside. I don?t think I have ever been followed outside by an employee of any establishment for any reason. This was rude and confrontational in my opinion. I will definitely be following up with the general manager on Monday about this poor customer experience.
It's rare to find customer service on the caliber that THIS Starbucks delivers. A+ all the way!! They took care of me with a great attitude, acknowledging my presence upon entry and catering to my non dairy restrictions. I've been here numerous times and everytime they deliver quality coffee and great service. Thanks Starbucks!
