Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

On January 8th at 9:10 AM, I visited Dieucks to order a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I received the wrong drink. When I informed the woman at the drive-thru about the mistake, she became confrontational and insisted that we wouldn't be resolving this issue today, as if she was ready to argue with me. She even asked for more money after I tried to return the incorrect drink. All she needed to do was exchange the drinks since the error was on her part, but she refused to provide me with the correct order. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to be met with hostility from the staff for pointing out an issue with your order.

I've been here twice before and really enjoyed my meals, but during my last couple of visits, the dishes tasted a bit watered down. Today, I decided to try something different, and Alana recommended a Vanilla Cold Brew with brown sugar and a splash of cream. Let me tell you, it was incredible! Thank you so much; it was absolutely delicious!

Always super friendly and fast! They custom make my drink and they really care for their customers. They know me by name now and greet me like an old friend it's an amazing place! This my custom blended strawberry lemonade with match powder!

The staff is always friendly and cheerful, and the coffee is just right! Occasionally, I might get a little carried away and ask for extra add-ins for my drink, but they always remember everything! Reserva una mesa ahora

I consistently enjoy my coffee from this place, even though they frequently have new staff and are often busy with customers. The wait is usually manageable. I visit here quite often.

A few peppermint mochas really hit the spot! The coffee was superb, just as I requested, and the service was friendly with a cheerful "Happy Christmas." Food: 5/5.
