WOW!! My daughter works at the busiest Starbucks in Apple Valley Ca. Went here and complete polar opposite. This is by far the slowest one I've ever been in and I've been in dozens. There were literally 5 cars in the parking lot and 5 in drive thru. I watched the car ahead of me get three puppy treats and one......that's ONE mocha frap. How long would you think?? 10 mins later, done. Slow and stop! Then I pull up for venti house coffee. I hand her $4. She makes the change and hold it near the tip jar. Like I was gonna say, keep it. Hahaha. Tip for what? Here's a tip little girl. Speed up for a tip. Not just cause the tip jar is there. Time was 1800hrs on 31july. Manager....Please review vide...
Best way to start the day….seeing Liam and his friendly smile ??he took the time to quickly come over and hand me my drink,that I must have overlooked because it was sitting there waiting for me the entire time?? thank you Liam you are ALWAYS so kind while constantly working hard, never missing a beat? I appreciate all the Starbucks workers because if you ever take notice, they deal with nonstop customers, (some who should practice being polite instead of rude? and very, VERY rarely, during all the chaos, do they make anything wrong, and they always correct any issues so politely no matter which end the error was on….Thank you to all Starbucks employees for an awesome job done!!YOU ALL ARE V...
Was finally able to get near this place, so we hopped behind the 3 cars in the drive thru (there is usually a line out into the main driving area that makes going here rather unattractive and inconvenient). I love a peppermint hot chocolate and ordered a large (never remember the Starbucks terms) and ended up with what I guess is their medium/grande size... certainly not the large/venti I was expecting. The drink was good as it usually is, but I was bummed I wasted my time in line for just the medium. As I pulled out, there was the normal 10 car line up. And parking here to run in is not easily accessible, so I enjoyed my medium and expect I'll never visit this busy location again.
I love these starbucks. Not only do you receive exemplary customer service, but products with heart and creativity. I say this with experience of the regular visit of this institution. Today there was a very special barista for me. A gentleman named Liam showed his artistic side and skills as Barista by serving me an absolutely delicious Christmas home menu drink. If you ever get a chance and love strawberries and vanilla beans, ask for liam and he can definitely make you a drink that you do not regret order.

I have visited this starbucks location multiple times over the years. I like the vibe of the indoors when not busy. Usually I go through drive through. The staff was nice. Mi amigo and I both got venti iced teas. His a black mine, mine green. We both enjoyed them. I also got a lime frosted bar which was incredible.
As much as I enjoy the drinks from Starbucks. The workers there are absolutely atrocious and rude. You should not be judging and making fun of customers ESPECIALLY when you have the drive thru window open. Definitely would not recommend coming here.
Staff are always very friendly and they seem like they really enjoy their job. You always let me laugh well when I order. The only problem is that the parking lot falls apart. They finally filled the size of a small crater in the huge pothole.
To the barista that took my order today (8/23/2022) thank you so much for the “surprise me” drink! It literally tastes like Autumn in a cup ? I wish I knew your name to give you credit love! ?

Its typical freestanding Starbucks location, with plenty of space and seating. Really nice baristas, our drinks were perfect, and there are many parking spaces.
It was a busy location. They took over 10 mins to get us the order.
