The Starbucks in Mt. Pocono has a lot of inconsistencies. I've often experienced that my drinks are either not hot or don't match what I ordered. Just this morning, my coffee was missing some items I had paid for, which seems to be a common issue. While sometimes the staff can be friendly, at other times they are not at all. The quality of the drinks also varies; they are made correctly one day and then not the next. I once had to wait an unbearable hour and 45 minutes for my order, and since I ordered through the mobile app, I couldn't cancel it. This was the worst Starbucks I've ever visited! I ordered the Caramel Cinnamon Nitro Cold Brew and ended up waiting 15 minutes because my cup was just left on the counter, unnoticed until I asked how much longer it would take. The foam wasn’t sweet, and there was no ice at all! How do you serve a cold coffee without ice, especially when a Grande costs $6.00? I won’t be coming back here. They really need to improve, especially with a Wawa and a Dunkin’ so close by. From now on, I’ll be going to one of those instead.
The chocolate chip cookies are amazing, the drinks are delightful, and the breakfast is tasty. The staff works hard to ensure that the lines move quickly; however, if you arrive precisely at the top of the hour—like 8, 9, or 10 in the morning—be prepared for a longer wait with a crowd of college students. The atmosphere is very welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind, savor your coffee or meal, and tackle some work!
I really enjoy Starbucks. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere has a nice mix of being lively yet comfortable. However, I probably wouldn't go there often due to the prices. Additionally, I don't believe they have any coffee that can truly be called a light roast; in my opinion, even their light roast selections tend to be a bit strong.

The customer service is outstanding, although it does require some guidance to get my drink exactly how I prefer it. However, don't let that discourage you. I continue to come back because they truly care about ensuring my satisfaction.
Great staff, very friendly. Coffee was perfect. Didn't even have to wait long. Decided to sit in. Ample seating with USB ports and outlets for your laptops or any electrical devices. Free wifi is a plus. Plenty of parking.
They were incredibly kind and accommodating! I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, and they gave me a free drink. It really made my day! Thank you!
Didn't get food. Was just checking for the PA You Are Here mug. They didn't have them, but Julian was super nice and helpful when I asked about the mugs.

In-store orders take a considerable amount of time to be served. Online orders typically take an extra 10 to 20 minutes to be prepared.
