I used to visit this restaurant every day for coffee, and today was no exception. However, the coffee tasted very unappealing. When I asked the barista to remake it for me and my husband, she questioned why. I explained that it was too bitter, to which she suggested adding vanilla and shaking it. Despite her efforts to improve the drink by adding cold foam, it still did not taste good. I decided not to ask for another remake as she appeared irritated. Although I used to love the coffee here, I will now have to look for a new location to satisfy my caffeine craving.
Great Drinks, Terrible Service ExperienceI wanted to share my recent Starbucks experience. The drinks were great, but unfortunately, the service provided by a staff member was incredibly disappointing. This person, who I encountered, had a terrible attitude, refused to help resolve issues, and seemed determined to push customers away.
