I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Kim. While the partners are fantastic and do a great job, the new management has turned the atmosphere into a disorganized and unpleasant one. As a regular customer for the past few years, I've started to think about going elsewhere because of this new manager. When I tried to make small talk while placing my order, she brushed me off and seemed quite rude. I also noticed she treated the Uber drivers in a similar manner. It's clear she isn’t suited for a management position or for interacting with customers.
tbh . the baristas are very rude and nasty and take forever to make a drink, I mean if you don't like your job then quit!! some new girl did take my order today and she explained that she was new and repeated my drink to me twice just to make sure she didn't get anything wrong and I appreciated that so she's the only reason I am giving you guys 3 stars instead of one.
Love this Starbucks! Located right by one of the best movie theaters in the area, it is great to arrive a little early and grab a cup before a late night movie with a friend. The location is clean (well-lit at night) and they have always made my drinks exactly as orders each time I visit!
I ordered a chai latte and a pumpkin muffin, but after I received my drink, they informed me that the muffin was sold out. It was disappointing to place an order and then be told, "Oops, we're out of that." However, despite this hiccup, my overall experience was still enjoyable.

One of the best locations, I always order on uber eats and they pack it so well, they always leave little and nice notes on what I get. But also the in person service is wonderful. This location has become my favorite?

The seating is comfortable and the staff is friendly. The location is peaceful and relaxing. You'll find most of the popular spots nearby.
Good and fast service, I ordered in the app to pick up and got it pretty fast. There's a lot of seating both inside and outside.

I paid $9 for a venti iced vanilla oat milk espresso, and it was served to me less than half full. This is unacceptable!
