The drive through order taking is sub optimal. I ordered a simple 12 oz coffee frapp with whip cream. She repeated oh Grande. I said no Tall. They don't know that a 12 oz is Tall. When I got the drink there was no whip cream. I didn't want to wait, so just took it and left. After drinking realized that the drink was not made true blended. They had put too much ice which made it an icy sludge like a thick milkshake. My suggestion is to put some experienced order takers in drive through and not some teenager whose mind is not on the job and also train the drink maker to provide something which is consistent with their standard recipe.
