I approached the counter and received no immediate acknowledgment. There were two staff members; one seemed to be in training while the other was just standing around. One of them walked away to the back and left, and the other told me, "Sorry, but I can only offer you coffee because the girl who can make anything else just went on her break." This was really disappointing and a waste of my time.
Lisa took our order and wanted to charge me for just adding heavy cream to my coffee. Also, I observed the filthiest coffee station I've ever seen at a Starbucks. There were flies all over the machine.... Disgusted by the team and hygiene levels atthis place.
The store is located inside TARGET, and it would be helpful to have a STARBUCKS logo outside for easier navigation.
