This is, without a doubt, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I gave it several chances, but I won’t be returning. The employees spend most of their time chatting with the security guards instead of attending to customers. Their attitudes are lackluster, at best. My orders are incorrect about half the time, and I once received a drink that was so poorly made I had to throw it away. I ordered a caramel macchiato with one pump, light caramel, and an extra shot, and every other Starbucks I've been to makes it wonderfully. Every time I look for a Starbucks, it never fails. I picked the first one. Don’t pay attention to the reviews go in there and have a big blowup with someone where is Customer service the gentleman that was helping me I asked five different times to speak up because I couldn’t hear him. I said what three times in a row and then when the other barista was supposed manager that said she’s the manager at the time Started screaming at me and it didn’t stop there. I asked for a refund it literally took me five minutes to get a refund. I do not recommend this Starbucks.Rude girl, and the boy you couldn’t hear him speak
This is the only Starbucks I know that is consistently closed, even though there are employees behind the counter and the store hours online indicate that it should be open. I don’t understand why the hours are listed as 5 PM when they are always closed by 12:30 PM whenever I visit. This location should be removed from Safeway, as it reflects poorly on their reputation.
I waited in line for the attendant to finish making her 1st customers drinksWhen it was finally my turn she asked what I wanted then said her blender was down... OMG would a simple sign work or if you know a major item is broken let me know so I didn't have to wait .. disappointed jaw dropped I only order one type of drink Wow

Starbucks associates at this Safeway store are little bit rude. Starbucks need to bring some changes here. Add more associate to speed up the process. One order can take up to15 minutes sometime, because you have to wait until one order is completed by the available associate.
poorly run location inside Safeway.. seems like it's closed most of the time.. unenthusiastic uninterested kids that work there.. there goes for management as well.. anyone a jack up the coffee again?!?
