I ordered on the app for my visit. For some odd reason, they are ALWAYS, out of chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know if the Cookie Monster comes here every morning and orders every cookie they have, but it seems like it. Anyways, instead of a chocolate chip cookie, I ordered a brownie instead. However, I also ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, but they gave me the wrong Frappuccino. Instead, the gave me this mint one that tasted absolutely horrible, like toothpaste. I always come into this location with my daughter and the staff are super friendly even when we order a lot during the busy hours. They talk in British accents at one another and it makes me crack up, one day I asked one of the boys making my drink if everyone was really British and he said no we just act like we are with each other, so hilarious! The drinks were delicious however apparently they stop taking cash over 30 minutes prior to close. As a Canadian that only had the opportunity to pay cash this is pointless and you should be accepting all methods of payment UNTIL close. The one lady with red ish hair was very poilet, however the girl “counting the till” right I. The counter in front of me has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a Starbucks employee. I have been coming to this Starbucks for a long time. The staff is super nice and quick with my order. They always know what I drink and they greet me with a smile.
