This was a horrible experience!!!!!! Sorry if your a black person do not go here I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!! The workers were very nasty to me but when the white person behind me was being helped they were very cheerful and all smiles. If I could do zero stars I would. I hate to be the person to say it was racism but that’s what it gave. The cashier Glenn was very rude I gave him my phone to show him a drink so there would be no confusion he read it over and over for about 3 minutes and then slid my phone across the counter when I handed it to him and when the drink came out it was incorrect (which I feel he did on purpose). I ordered on the app for my visit. For some odd reason, they are ALWAYS, out of chocolate chip cookies. I don’t know if the Cookie Monster comes here every morning and orders every cookie they have, but it seems like it. Anyways, instead of a chocolate chip cookie, I ordered a brownie instead. However, I also ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, but they gave me the wrong Frappuccino. Instead, the gave me this mint one that tasted absolutely horrible, like toothpaste. The food here is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. I came in for dinner while waiting to catch up with a friend who works as a dishwasher at this restaurant, someone I haven't seen in over 20 years. I have been coming to this Starbucks for a long time. The staff is super nice and quick with my order. They always know what I drink and they greet me with a smile.
