"I decided to give it another try yesterday, but I was disappointed again. The coffee didn’t taste right, and once again, there were no stirrers. To my surprise, the same girl handed me the card machine to leave a tip. I noticed how she interacted with a customer, treating them like friends, but it didn’t feel professional at all. She also claimed to have added cinnamon to my sugar cookie coffee, but it didn’t taste like it usually does. Overall, my experience was very disappointing."
