I asked for a packet of sugar and the girl in the mask seemed annoyed that I was asking for one. Then I sit down and I'm drinking my coffee when her and another employee start complaining about how it's so annoying when people ask for stuff while they're making orders. I understand certain things at work can be frustrating but at least complain quietly! I was the only person there but they were talking very loudly so obviously I heard. Also the coffee she made wasn't even that good like how I usually get it.
This location has become my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I always order ahead using the app, and everything is always fresh and ready on time, but my communication with the staff is limited because I just run in, grab my stuff and run out. This morning I had this sweet little note on my cup. It?s such a small thing, but I was already having a really difficult day, and this small effort really picked my spirits up. Thank you, see you guys again soon!
I'm a fan of Starbucks! The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are always enjoyable. Thank you! The restrooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly patrons. They offer all the usual items you'd expect at a Starbucks. I appreciate their involvement in the community, especially with initiatives like toy drives during the holiday season. I absolutely love this location. They remember my name because I come in everyday and it?s honestly the most welcoming feeling. From little notes on my cups to warm hellos this is by far the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to. And they have NEVER messed up my order!! Everyone of those employees deserve the utmost appreciation! :
I absolutely love this Starbucks! Greg and the team are incredibly helpful. I mistakenly ordered my drink incorrectly, and they graciously remade it for me, even though it was my fault. I'm really grateful for their welcoming attitude and the cleanliness of the store. It truly feels like my home away from home!
One of my favorite Starbucks locations in New Jersey! The food and drinks are consistently great, and there's a comfortable seating area that’s perfect for getting work done. The staff is always friendly and welcoming; one of the employees even lent me a phone charger once!
I placed a mobile order but waited quite a while for it to be ready. It was a pastry so I thought it would be fast...simply grab from the display and put into a bag. Nope!
