The girl who works at this Starbucks isn't very friendly. I've tried to overlook it, but I've decided I will just go to the other Starbucks in the mall where the staff is nicer, or I’ll visit the Vons Starbucks only when she's not on shift.

I don't understand why all the Starbucks locations at Vons close at 5:30. The customer service is terrible. The staff was already cleaning up and preparing to close, which was frustrating. No coffee available in the afternoon anymore!
Ordered Java chip Frapp. Never been so disappointed with Starbucks so much. It looked like a milk with almost none chocolate chips in it, bland whip cream and whole drink tasted like milk with some syrup. 0 stars, if possible.
