Terrible experience and honestly got scammed. I was traveling through on a tour bus when we stopped at the stop to get resfreshments. I ordered my drinks and had limited time at the stop. The employees were very rude and it was not busy at all but for some unknown reason, there was a holdup. I never got my drinks and they never told me why despite me physically standing in front of them asking over and over again. I waited over 30 minutes and still did not get my drinks and when I asked for a refund employees would only respond “sorry give me a second” but would proceed to just run around from one corner to another doing a whole lot of nothing. I ordered a Venti(600ml) latte in my 750ml travel thermo, back in the brothel Q I open my thermos to find it barely filled by half, so about 300ml, I understand that a latte comes with foams, but I pay a blackmailed price for a 600ml drink, surprisingly enough I expect more than half of what I have paid. The prices increase all the time in these days, the trip is also really and exhausting, a good coffee would make it so much better, but that was an excessive demolition. In a nutshell, Starbucks don't see my money again.

Yesterday we used eurotunnel and visited the Starbucks there. We were shocked by the person behind the counter who did not put on his mask properly he had it on his chin) while serving customers, it is important to note that daily cases are over 90 000 in the UK. The worst starbucks I've visited all my life. No adherence to the queue order. We waited and waited. Other people who came after us ordered and got their drinks spanning a variety of hot and cold drinks, but we stayed waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.
